The membership links below allow you to buy one or more memberships of Loncon 3 online using a credit card. If you prefer to take out memberships by post using a cheque a form (in PDF format) can be downloaded here. Please print this out and send it to the address at the bottom of the form complete with your payment.

Eurozone Memberships

If you are in the Eurozone and cannot pay by credit card there are two alternative payment methods available now. We have added PayPal and Euro Bank Transfer to the check out. If you don't want to use either of these options please download and complete the membership form and then contact your local agent to enquire where to send the form and how payment may be made. Current rates in Euros are here.

To use the on-line membership system it is recommended that you are not logged in. A number of users have had problems with using the Shopping Cart which do not occur when you are not logged in. If you are not logged in and are still having problems please send us a message using our Contact Us form.

Please Note All credit card payments via the website will be in UK £. If you wish to pay in a currency other than UK £ you can do this by post, using the PDF of the membership form (above) or in person at a convention. Euro payments can now be made using the Euro Bank Transfer method we have included in the check out process.

Bid Supporter Upgrades
New Memberships and Other Upgrades

If you were a Pre-Supporter/Friend of the bid then please pick the Bid Supporter Upgrades option. All new members should pick the New Memberships and Other Upgrades option.

Remember: If you voted at Chicon in the site selection then be sure to select the 'I am an existing Supporting Member/Chicon Voter" at the end of the form.

If you are already a Supporting Member and wish to upgrade to full membership please pick the New Memberships and Other Upgrades link, select the type of membership you are upgrading to and be sure to select the 'I am an existing Supporting Member/Chicon Voter" at the end of the form to get your £25 credit.

Important: If you voted in the Chicon site selection you are automatically a Supporting Member of the convention and if you were an Adult or Y.A. Friend and voted you are automatically an Attending Member of the convention. Please do not rejoin!

You can buy as many memberships as you wish using the 'shopping cart', simply select the type of membership you require, fill in the member's name and other details requested then click add to cart. We will use the postal address you give us when you complete this order for all postal communications with you and any other members you add.

Please create separate orders for members with different addresses.
